Physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of students is of paramount importance at Rising Star English Medium School. As per the CBSE norms, a school counselor is a mandatory requirement. At Rising Star, the counselor is a neutral voice of reason between teachers, parents, students, and the management. The counselor, in collaboration with other teaching and non-teaching staff, introduces safe policies and initiates projects of social consciousness in the school

For any social and economic development, adequate sanitation in conjunction with good hygiene and safe water are essential to good health. Lack of proper sanitation causes diseases. We in Rising Star take good care of hygiene and train our students as well.

In compliance with the government’s (HMDA) fire safety regulations, we have installed water pump and hoses and have trained our safety personnel in all safety precautions. We conduct regular fire drills in the school and all our fire extinguishing equipment is regularly inspected.

The finest quality internal wiring has been incorporated throughout the school premises. All electrical cords and equipments are regularly inspected and are kept in good working condition to ensure that no electrical accidents take place in the school.

Rising Star school offers the best transportation facility that is known for its timely and prompt services. We have an impressive fleet of buses which covers 15 kms area all around. All the buses go through the regular maintenance drives. Special care is taken for the younger students. All our buses are equipped with First Aid kits and trained drivers as well as female attendant.

In order to maintain the right balance between healthy and tasty food, we provide a diet chart prepared by our nutritionist as well as by a dietician. We inculcate proper etiquette and table manners during lunch time.

Rising Star school is a safe school. Apart from the round-the clock check by teaching and non-teaching staff, we have the close circuit cameras as backup. These CCTV cameras are installed at all the strategic places throughout the school campus for closer monitoring and accountability.
A safe and secure environment is a matter of paramount concern for us. Rising Star School’s primary objective is a stress-free and safe environment. Our focus is on complete safety – structural safety, fire safety, lab safety, water safety and electrical safety.
The security guard is on 24-hour duty at the gate, every visitor is required to sign in the School’s Visitor’s book at the gate. Visitors are given a visitor’s pass which they must carry while on the school premises. Children are not allowed to leave the campus except in their designated transport vehicle after school hours. While on the ground as well, the children are supervised at all times. CCTV cameras are placed all through the school premises at strategic locations to ensure complete transparency and safety for students
